Mira Costa High School Junior Varsity team won the IBVL JV Tournament of Champions featuring the JV Champions from the Bay, Orange, South Coast and Channel Divisions. Dos Pueblos (Channel) defeated Mater Dei (Orange) to earn a berth to final against Mira Costa (Bay) which earned a bye over the South Coast Champions.
