Boys & Girls Beach Volleyball Tournament Schedule
REGISTRATION CLOSE DATE/TIMES
All tournaments close online registration at 11:00 PM two days prior to the event. National events may have earlier close dates. Check with the registration site for deadlines.
TOURNAMENT CHECK-IN FROM 8:00 AM - 9:00 AM
MORNING ORIENTATION MEETING: 9:15 AM
PLEASE SELECT YOUR TOURNAMENTS CAREFULLY.
New Policy effective April 24, 2015, no credits will be issued for any missed tournaments. No transfers are allowed from one tournament to another. A request for a refund, in the form of a check or credited back to the credit card, will be issued one week after the event has passed with a $10 processing fee, if the team notifies the tournament director prior to noon, the day before the event. This will still allow for an alternative entry to take place.
No refunds will be processed if the notification takes place after noon prior to the start of the event or if the registration closes earlier, then that becomes the determination date. (National events have earlier close dates/times). The tournament director has the authority to adjust format, combine age groups or cancel a tournament, if necessary. Teams will receive a full refund or a credit towards another event, if requested due to cancellation.
TEAMS DO NOT HAVE TO BE MADE UP OF ATHLETES FROM THE SAME SCHOOL OR CLUB
Athletes do not have to be a member of a club in order to participate

The West Coast Championships return to Hermosa Beach also qualifying the top California School Sport Association U18 team for ISF international competition. p1440 Beach Volleyball Tournament and qualifier for Nationals. U18 Divisions uses a age based calendar year born eligibility. All other divisions are grade based p1440 divisions.
