SPVC Beach operated the Girls' Winter Power Beach Volleyball League from 2013-2017 with identified Southern California and Southern Nevada Beach Volleyball clubs from three districts in a Girls 18:U five-team dual match format with league play, playoffs, a pairs tournament and certified NCAA officials at all matches. This program was replaced by the Winter Beach Volleyball Tournament Series in 2018 as an open pairs tournament series due to the demand of athletes requesting to compete in the winter without a clun
